New leaked photos show retail packaging of the iPhone 5C

5c-box-5Apple is expected to announce their iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C smartphones on September 10 event.  As we get closer to the announcement date, leaked images of different aspects of the smartphones have been surfacing on the internet.

In a new report from Mark Gurman of 9to5Mac, we see several new images of the packaging contents related to the iPhone 5C from insider C Technology. The leaker C Technology having a good track record show us the new iPhone 5C contents.  Previously, they published a number of photos showing various unreleased Apple parts and devices that are believed to be authentic.

First thing you will notice from the pictures is that we see several different colored iPhone 5C’s.  The packaging is quite similar to how the iPod Touch’s are packaged, feature a transparent plastic lid that allows consumers to see which color device is packed inside the box, but instead of the iPod’s, the packaging come with the iPhone 5C.

The iPhone 5C is expected to feature iPhone 5-like specs, with the shell being made from cheaper material, Polycarbonate.  This will allow Apple to offer the iPhone not only at a cheaper price, but also include several color options to satisfy your color needs.  This is a good move from Apple who up until now only offered their iPhones in black or white (slightly different options in the iPhone 5).

Take a look at the photos for yourself and let us know what you think.
