In a recent tweet by Qualcomm themselves, the company confirmed that the Nokia Lumia 1520 will feature the Snapdragon 800 processor.  The Snapdragon 800 is a processor that supports up to 2.3 GHz Quad Krait 400 CPU, Adreno 330 GPU, 4k x 2k UHD video capture/playback, 3G/4G World/multimode LTE on select processors modem, support for up to 21MP, Stereoscopic 3D, Dual ISP cameras, USB 3.0/2.0, BT4.0 Integrated digital core, 802.11n/ac (2.4/5GHz) Integrated digital core, and so much more.
