They’re here! Samsung unveils the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+

On Wednesday, Samsung finally took the wraps off its next-generation flagship smartphones, the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy 10+. This didn’t really come as a surprise seeing as there were plenty of previous leaks, but there are still a few surprises to discuss.

So far, the release date, specs, and even the pricing were anticipated for the Android handsets, but the S10 and S10+ smartphones still blew us away.

Here’s the thing you need to know first: The Galaxy S10 and S10+ are minor updates, and sport some new and easily noticeable changes. The cameras, for example, as basically the same as those found on the Galaxy Note 9, sporting the 12MP at “wide angle” and “telephoto” distances. Third camera on the devices, however, is a super wide angle 16-megapixel shooter that has a 123-degree field of view (roughly same as the human eye).

In terms of pricing, Samsung has priced the Galaxy S10 at $899.99 and Galaxy S10+ at $999.99. These headsets are set to launch starting March 8th, so you will be able to get your hands on them pretty soon.

We will bring you a fully detailed article shortly with all the features Samsung discusses at its event.
