Starting in October, Kohl’s will offer free Amazon returns in 82 stores

Kohl’s is teaming up with Amazon to offer free Amazon returns. Retailer Kohl’s on Tuesday announced that 82 of its Los Angeles and Chicago locations will pack and ship Amazon returns for free starting in October.

Kohl’s will send eligible items to Amazon return centers, regardless of return reasons. If you plan to use the service at Kohl’s will also have designated parking spots close to the store’s entrance.

The retailer has more than 1,100 locations in 49 states. Since Kohl’s is introducing this in limited locations, this seems to be a trial run to see what kind of response the retailer gets. The retailer partnering with Amazon is a good move for not only its business but also for Amazon to have more locations for returns.

The Jolt Journal has reached out to Kohl’s and Amazon for a statement but did not immediately respond to requests. We will keep you updated.
