T-Mobile seeing increase in customer loyalty, according to a new survey

Led by CEO John Legere, T-Mobile has really taken off the last few years. Driven by “Un-Carrier” initiative, the company has shaken up the wireless industry to better benefit consumers. It took a lot of business from other carriers, especially AT&T and Verizon. The company removed extra taxes, overage fees, and simplified the wireless plans.

According to a new survey conducted at Business Insider, it seems that T-Mobile customers are much more loyal to the carrier than any other network. As you can see from the chart above, you see T-Mobile topping the chart with 25% loyalty where customers won’t switch for “anything.” On the contrary, you see 15% for AT&T and Verizon. Sprint is lagging behind sitting at a measly 7%.

T-Mobile has been incredibly aggressive in their push the last several years. Recently, it even made investment in the 600MHz spectrum to really boost its wireless presence and from the looks of it, its network is on-par or getting better than Verizon’s network.

Customer loyalty is especially important for T-Mobile because of their push to not only simplify data plans but also create a lot of competition. Verizon even brought back their unlimited data plan, well, until they completely botched the plan into three plans that offer terrible experience for customers.

T-Mobile continues to invest in its future where it bought $8 billion worth of valuable spectrum earlier this year and is already starting to put it into place. It’s determined to build out its 600 MHz LTE network and offer the best experience that it can offer. The company is also in good financial standing and continues to be because of the sheer number of customers switching to the carrier.
