YouTube channel pages are experiencing downtime

If you’re seeing a 500 internal server error when going to YouTube today, don’t worry, you’re not the only one. At 3:27PM ET, YouTube confirmed via Twitter that channel pages were down, though it’s worth mentioning that individual videos can still be watched.

At first, YouTube said that the error was only affecting some channels, but has since pulled the tweet that provided clarification. This appears to have affects main channel pages.

If you’re interested in watching individual videos, you can still watch them and are completely accessible. The errors apparently started sometime around 3PM ET, and YouTube says that it’s currently working to fix the issue.
