New Leak Suggests Galaxy Note III Outperforms Galaxy S4

If you think that your S4 is fast, think again.  A new leak released by GSMinsider reveals the AnTuTu Benchmark under the Note III codename, SM-N9005.  Samsung seems to be beefing up their upcoming phablet.

According to the AnTuTu Benchmark database, the Note III has performed at a nice 22,361, which tops the 21,089 that has been set by the Samsung Galaxy S4 previously. The model that was used in this test is 4G LTE, equipped with 2.3 Quad-core Snapdragon 800 chip and on Android 4.3.

One thing to take into account is that the the score of the test is lower than what the Snapdragon 800 chip is capable of.  The test has either been faked, or this may be one of many prototype devices that are being tested before release.

The Galaxy Note III is expected to be equipped with octa-core Exynos 5420/quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, 3GB of RAM, 1080p display of 5.7 to 6″, a 13-megapixel camera, LTE-A (LTE-Advanced) connectivity, and Android 4.3 Jelly Bean that will possibly include a much improved TouchWiz UI.  Also, it’s worth noting that Samsung has been trying to come up with its own OS, Tizen.  Unlikely as it may seem that the company would debut its new OS in the Galaxy Note III, the possibility still is there because sooner or later, the company will reveal it.
